I led a multi-disciplinary experience team that spearheaded a new product development framework to inform a 5-year product portfolio plan, reflecting industry and customer needs, redefining the product offerings, elevating the brand, and enabling the successful sale of the NUC division to Asus. 
We launched 15+ software and hardware products by driving deep cross-functional collaboration and productivity, resulting in elevating the team’s perceived value and impact within the organization.
Our focused efforts achieved an increased selling price, higher profit margins, a best-in-class sustainability initiative (fully circular), and contributed to an additional $500M in annual revenue for the business.
