I led a multi-disciplinary team that spearheaded a new holistic product development framework to inform a 5-year product portfolio plan, reflecting industry and customer needs, redefining the product offerings, elevating the brand, and enabling the successful sale of the NUC division to Asus. 
We launched 15+ software and hardware products by driving deep cross-functional collaboration and productivity, resulting in elevating the team’s perceived value and impact within the organization.
Our focused efforts achieved an increased selling price, higher profit margins and contributed to an additional $500M in annual revenue for the business.
